Robert Bruce - Director of Business Development
He has extensive experience taking R&D programs into full manufacturing and has assisted a number of companies bring their inventions to market, including Iridian Spectral Technologies , JDSU and Nortel. He is familiar with all aspects of the development cycle, from basic research to large scale manufacturing, and marketing of the final product offering. Most recently Robert has been working as a private contractor. Prior to this Robert initiated and completed development of key thin film technology as Director of the thin film filter manufacturing group JDSU Ottawa. In this role he managed ~100 employees in a multimillion dollar operation. |
